To take the quiz, you must be a registered user of HDCN (registration
is free) If you are not, please register
at this link.
Pricing generally is $20.00 per program for ANNA members,
and $30.00 for ANNA non-members. Larger programs with more
CE contact hours are priced slightly higher, at $25.00 and
$35.00. There is a $5.00 discount for persons who are HDCN
Key Zone subscribers.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS |
To participate in this activity, first read
the article. You may take the
post-test quiz for free and as
many times as you wish. The correct
answers are given in the course
of the quiz.
After you have successfully completed the post-test with more
than 75% correct answers, the next link leads to a secure,
encrypted payment site, where payment must be made by credit
card for your ANNA CE certificate.
After the credit card payment is authorized, you will be taken
to a link to fill out an evaluation form, and the final link
will take you to your CE Certificate, which will be on the
web in .pdf format (Adobe Acrobat Reader). You can print this
locally using File-Print. A copy of your certificate will
also be mailed to you within several hours.
