To participate in this activity, first download and read
the article. You may take the post-test quiz for free and as many
times as you wish. The correct answers are given in the course of
the quiz.
When you click on the post-test link you will be asked to enter your login
and password for HDCN. There are two links, because HDCN paid subscribers
receive a $5.00 discount.
After you have successfully completed the post-test with more than 75%
correct answers, the next link leads to a secure, encrypted
payment site, where payment must be made by credit card for your ANNA CE
certificate.
After the credit card payment is authorized, a
web-link will appear which will take you to the evaluation form, and then
to a web page containing your certificate as an Adobe Acrobat .pdf file.
Click on this link and print your certificate using File-Print. A copy of
this CE Certificate file will also be e-mailed to you. This may take
several hours due to delay on the receiving end of certain internet
providers.
Some AOL users have had difficulty in getting emails with
file attachments in the form of .pdf files, so to be safe, please
open the web link with your certificate, which appears immediately after filling out the
evaluation form.
Pricing generally is $20.00 per program for ANNA members, and $30.00 for
ANNA non-members. Larger programs with more CE contact hours are priced
slightly higher, at $25.00 and $35.00. There is a $5.00 discount
for persons who are HDCN Key Zone subscribers. The cost will vary from
program to program, and is generally the same as the cost via NNJ with the
expedited processing option.
The charge on your credit card will appear as payable to HDCN. We then forward this charge to ANNA less our processing fee. So when reviewing your credit card statements, please understand that this HDCN charge is what has been applied to pay for your ANNA-sponsored CE.
