Immunofluorescence demonstrating diffuse deposition of IgA. Staining
for IgG was slightly positive. The pattern of IgA predominance on
immunoflourescence is consistent with a diagnosis of IgA nephropathy, but may
also be seen in Henoch-Schonlein purpura and systemic lupus nephritis.
