CORA™ signs agreement with Renal Advantage Inc.
N. Amityville, N.Y.; July 11, 2006 – Clinical Outcomes Resource Application (CORA), a web based clinical data collection and reporting company, announced today the completion of a signed Data Use Agreement with Brentwood, TN based Renal Advantage Inc., the nation’s fourth largest outpatient dialysis provider.

CORA launched its web-based dialysis reporting service to the independent renal community in late 2005. Independent dialysis providers who submit data to CORA will be provided online 24-7 access to clinical tools and reports necessary to measure, benchmark, and drive quality improvement efforts. Since the launch, CORA has signed agreements with independent dialysis providers representing over 260 sites providing care to over 20,000 ESRD patients.

Renal Advantage Inc. (RAI), based in Brentwood, Tennessee, provides dialysis services to patients with chronic kidney failure, also known as end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Renal Advantage provides services to approximately 7,400 patients in 80 dialysis facilities in ten states. In addition, Renal Advantage currently manages RenaLab, an independent clinical laboratory located in Jackson, Mississippi, with administrative offices in Nashville, and expects to close on its previously announced acquisition of the laboratory by year-end. Founded by veteran healthcare executives, the Company’s growth plan began with its acquisition of 73 dialysis centers in October 2005, which was financed in partnership with Welsh, Carson, Anderson, & Stowe.
