Antibiotic treatment after myocardial infarction and risk of death

This paper was presented at the European gastroenterology meeting in Brussels, and showed a 15% reduction in cardiovascular endpoints in patients with acute MI or unstable angina who received a 1-week course of antibiotics suitable to treat H. pylori infection.
