26 year old daughter who has been on capd for 17 years,developed esp in december which seemed to happen overnight severe vomiting and weakness and severe malnutrition developed we were refered to cleveland clinic in ohio where they started tpn in april and she had started hemo dialysis in jan after removal of her capd catheter it is now august and although her weight has increased by 8-10 lbs which is fluid weight she is still vomiting and cleveland clinic does not know what to do can anyone help me
