We recently received a report of a cluster of anaphylactoid reactions among pediatric hemodialysis patients in a small pediatric facility. Since the middle of November they have had 4 patients with at least 7 episodes (latest one this afternoon). An epi-investigation is about to get underway and a more detailed description will be available soon. If anyone else has seen these types of reactions in the past three months (especially clustering) please feel free to contact us.
